LGBTQ+ Math Olympiad in development

Mission

Advanced mathematics has a representation problem. We're not waiting for the field to fix itself — we're building the pipeline ourselves, one placement, one mentor, one olympiad at a time.

Four Pillars

A complete system, not a single program.

01

Match

We pair students with tutoring, REUs, internships, scholarships, and competitions tuned to their goals and trajectory.

02

Mentor

Our mentor-matching system links students to LGBTQ+ STEM professionals who've walked the path.

03

Measure

An impact-tracking database monitors placements, outcomes, and longitudinal trajectories.

04

Mobilize

We're organizing the LGBTQ+ Math Olympiad to expand competitive participation at every level.

Now in development

The LGBTQ+ Math Olympiad.

A national competition created for queer students, by queer mathematicians — lowering the barrier to elite math and making participation visible.
